I'm Dillon — a junior at Penn State University studying Hospitality Management, with a deep passion for lifting, training, and helping others transform their bodies. HIGGYM was born out of a simple belief: everyone deserves a coach who actually gives a damn.

I'm a junior at Penn State studying Hospitality Management, but lifting and training have been my obsession since high school. I've spent years studying what separates people who get results from people who spin their wheels. It's never just about the reps — it's about mindset, accountability, and having someone in your corner who knows you by name.

Balancing a full course load with coaching taught me discipline and time management — the same principles I bring to every client's program. My approach is total body transformation: training, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle. I don't hand you a generic PDF and disappear. I walk the journey with you.
